Yes, free shipping is available for orders over 150 €. Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. Express options are available.

Complaints
If a product is incomplete, damaged, differs from its description at the time of sale, or does not function as expected, the customer may file a complaint. Complaints should be submitted electronically to info@cap-vis.nl within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. The seller will respond to all complaints within 14 days of receipt. The customer will be informed of the outcome via email or phone.
Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy – 30 Days to Decide & Free Return)
In accordance with EU and Dutch consumer law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 30 calendar days after receiving the product, without providing any reason.
All returns under this policy are free of charge for the customer.
Procedure for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify the seller of their decision to withdraw from the agreement by sending an email to info@cap-vis.nl within the 30-day period.
After receiving confirmation, the customer must return the product within 14 days from the date of notifying the seller.
Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging (if reasonably possible).
Return shipping costs will be covered by the seller, who will provide a prepaid return label (PostNL or equivalent) to facilitate the process.
Refunds
The seller will refund all payments received, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days from the date they are informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.
The seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer has provided proof of shipment — whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method that the customer used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Perishable goods or goods with a limited shelf life.
Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and have been unsealed after delivery.
Digital content, if the customer has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.
